At certain points (treks, sightseeing
spots, hotel check-ins), travellers may
need to carry their own luggage.
The company will not be liable for any
loss/damage of personal items.
4×4 Vehicle Charges: In case of snow
covered roads or restricted routes,
travellers may need to hire local 4×4
vehicles at their own cost. This is not
included in the package.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking amount (₹1000) is non
refundable.
In case you want to cancel, we will
provide a free date change option.
Traveller must inform us 2–3 days
before the trip start date for
rescheduling.
Last moment cancellations (less than
48 hrs) will not be eligible for
rescheduling.
PAYMENT TERMS
Booking Confirmation: ₹1000 per person
advance required.
Remaining Payment: Rest of the
amount must strictly before Boarding.
Mode of Payment: Only online payment
is accepted (Bank Transfer / UPI).
No Cash Policy: Cash is not accepted
under normal circumstances.
Emergency Case: If online payment is
not possible due to technical reasons,
then cash may be accepted as an
exception (must be informed in
advance)
